Refund Policy

 Refunds and/or exchanges will not be given at this time due to the pandemic to ensure everyone’s safety just in case any packages being sent back for a return has no traces of COVID-19 within the package. 

Damage items may receive a replacement or refund but must be brought up to our attention within 48 hours after delivery. 

Any lost or stolen packages you must contact usps or the last local post office in your tracking
